Because transformation requires trust, and trust doesn't scale. Twelve is small enough that everyone knows everyone's business by day two — and big enough for the cross-pollination that makes cohorts magic. It's also the maximum the ship's private mastermind rooms comfortably hold.
Almost everyone does. Most women arrive solo and leave with 11 new business besties. If you'd like to bring a spouse or travel companion, they can share your cabin at cruise-line rates and enjoy the ship, but they do not attend Founder Ship programming — the cohort room is intentionally founders-only.

Retreat deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a future voyage or another founder. Cabin cancellations follow Norwegian Cruise Line's published policy — one more reason we strongly recommend travel insurance.
